The Recipes
Snacks
Spicy Sour Cream Dip: Classic sour cream dip gets a makeover with a topping of sizzled spices for a flavorful Indian-inspired snack.
Delicata Squash Pakoras: These sweet and creamy delicata squash pakoras are enveloped in a crispy spiced coating.
Mains
Butter Paneer: This creamy cashew-based butter paneer is a delicious take on the restaurant classic.
Mushroom Biryani: Layers of meaty marinated mushrooms, fluffy basmati rice, and fresh herbs make this an extra-special vegetarian biryani.
Sweet Treats
Cardamom Blondies: I serve these cold, and they remind me so much of traditional Indian sweets.
Kaju Katli: Kaju Katli is a delightful and decadent little dessert featuring a fudgy cashew base and edible silver leaf. This is definitely a project, but the homemade version is my absolute favorite.
