Hi friends,
I can’t believe it’s already the end of 2023! I wanted to take a minute and thank you all for being such loyal readers. To everyone who has subscribed to this newsletter, tried a recipe, or left a review: thank you, thank you, thank you!
My 2023 Annual Blog Survey: To ensure all of your feedback is properly incorporated into my roadmap for 2024, I’ve created a blog survey with a few questions (it should take less than 5 minutes!) to gather your thoughts. This is the place to let me know what recipes you’d like to see and provide any ideas on ensuring my blog is easy, efficient, and engaging for you! Thank you SO much in advance; I really appreciate the feedback.
Now, back to the recipes! This week, I'm sharing two very easy and tasty dips for your upcoming New Year's Eve celebrations. The first is my whipped ricotta with honey, a super creamy and light spread with a milky flavor and smooth texture. You can serve it as a dip or spread it onto crostini! It's also easy to dress up, for example, with a spoonful of olive tapenade, marinated peppers, or garlic confit.
The second is a reader favorite, my sour cream dip with spicy tadka. It has all the flavors of a classic French onion dip topped with an addictive spicy oil. Enjoy!
