Hi friends,
I’m sharing three recipes to bring cozy vibes to your weekend — whether you’re indulging in a treat, diving into a fun kitchen project, or getting a head start on the week ahead.
Let’s get into it!
French Hot Chocolate
This isn’t your average hot chocolate — French hot chocolate is thick, rich, and luxurious. Inspired by my visit to La Jacobine in Paris, this recipe uses high-quality dark chocolate melted into whole milk, resulting in a decadent drink that’s perfect for chilly days.
Top it with a dollop of Chantilly (vanilla-sweetened) cream for an extra touch of indulgence.
TIP: Choose high-quality chocolate for the best results. I recommend using all bittersweet chocolate (around 70-75% cocoa) or a 50/50 mix of bittersweet and semi-sweet chocolate (approximately 64% cocoa). Opt for a block, bar, or fèves instead of chocolate chips, as chips don’t melt as smoothly.

Italian White Beans
These delicately slow-cooked Italian white beans are creamy, tender, and lightly spiced with chili flakes, garlic, and thyme. Cooking the beans from scratch allows them to absorb the aromatic flavors fully, resulting in a dish that’s both simple and satisfying.
Beans are a versatile, protein-packed staple perfect for batch cooking. Enjoy them simply in their own broth, blended into a dip, or paired with eggs for a satisfying breakfast or brunch.
Homemade Egg Pasta
There’s something deeply satisfying about making pasta from scratch, and my step-by-step guide makes it easier than you think!
Using a KitchenAid stand mixer and pasta attachment, you’ll create a silky, tender egg pasta dough that can be shaped into fettuccine, pappardelle, or even lasagna sheets.
As always, I love hearing how these recipes turn out—feel free to reply or tag me on Instagram with your cooking adventures!
Have a great weekend,
